Return PolicyPlease contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so. If you receive damaged merchandise we will replace it as quickly as possible. Be sure to contact us within 24 hours of receiving delivery, and please keep all packing boxes and materials. If an item is damaged you may need to first file a claim with the carrier.In addition, if the item you received was not what you expected and perhaps just doesnt work well with your decor contact us and we will work with you to select another product to your liking. You won't be stuck with an item you cannot use or that you do not want. We are proud to offer one of the best return policies in the online business. You may return your un-used & in original packaging purchase within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. In addition some of our items carry a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return.We do not cover the cost of shipping on refused or cancelled items after an order has shipped. Cancelled or Refused OrdersOnly orders that have not shipped can be canceled without penalty. Cancellations must be made within 24 hrs of submitting your order. Orders must be canceled before they have shipped to not incur shipping and restocking fees as stated under our standard Return Policy. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse an order or it is returned to us undeliverable, it will then fall under our standard Return Policy, where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.Shipping PolicyWe make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. After credit approval and shipment, delivery can take up to 7 business days depending on where you live. Your items may be shipped in multiple packaging separately. We do not ship outside of the continental US at this time. We are looking to provide international shipping soon. Please contact us if you would like to order for international shipping. We ship via UPS GROUND and FEDEX GROUND. Shipping and processing charges for all items are based on the item size, weight, delivery destination, or other factors. Express delivery is available on some orders for an additional charge. To learn if your order can be express shipped, please contact us. Orders that are in stock are shipped within 2 to 3 business days from when you submit your order. We're sorry, but at this time we are unable to ship to any PO Box address.Back Order PolicyOur systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item becomes out of stock after you have submitted your order and was not flagged on our site, we will contact you immediately. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.WarrantiesWarranty information are as per manufacturers' packaging slip. We DO NOT send light bulbs with our lamps.
